Domain Info

LoveChem.net was purchased from Lunarpages on April 24, 2008. My father bought the domain and the hosting for me for my 18th birthday.

Site History

LoveChem.net evolved from several previous blogs. Its history can go back with continuity all the way to November 2005. I began working on my blog, Honorstudent¹, again after neglecting it for several months. It was hosted on Geocities until the following spring when I got hosted by Angela at indigoisland.ca.

In September 2006, Angela bought a new domain, falling-dreams.ca, and I moved along with her. At this point, I renamed my site and called it Slant Rhyme. In April 2007, Angela lost interest and suggested we find new hosts before her domain expired in August. I moved hosts to Olivia and Rosanna from Letters to You, and I remained there until I got this domain.

About the Name

LoveChem.net comes from my love of chemistry, and it is also kind of a command for the visitor to “love chem!” as well.
